Verdala, a unique word to many but a familiar word to Scott’s family. Verdala – the name of Scott’s grandparent’s home, a place to relax, feel at ease and share your worries. When starting the business in September 2020 this was the word that came to mind.
With a drive for helping others, a love of showcasing homes to their full potential and the motivation to reshape the sales landscape in the area, Verdala was born. We are proud to be a local, independent, owner-operated business based in the heart of Broughty Ferry. Focusing purely on residential home sales, we devote 100% of our time to making sure our clients receive a first-class service, unbiased advice and ultimately the best result for the sale of their home.

A little bit about me; I have been lucky enough to work with some of the country’s leading independent estate agencies and law firms during my career. Looking back over the years, learning from the good and the bad, I knew we could approach Estate agency in Dundee with a much more contemporary, engaging and personable vibe. From that initial concept Verdala was born – based on a simple but defining core ethos of treating every home we sell, like it was our own. Having sold my own home in 2022, I’m proud to say that ethos is true to this day and beyond.
